Came beautifully packaged. Bottle, holder and crystals all pretty but once carefully put together I soon realised the bottle leaked water into crystal compartment and leaked on the outside. Crystals would hit against the glass upon drinking giving a crash and bang sound each time I took a drink... which i admit made me jump each time. I purchased another crystal elixer water bottle from bewater on amazon and it's been a fantastic buy. Much better design. No crashing. No leaking. Feels secure. Much better than this design. The fact that you can put any crystals you like in the bottom bit (which is separate from water container) means you can change them easily. The bottle is glass so its a bit heavy but that means less waste for the environment! I keep mine in the neoprene carrier at all times which makes it easier to grip (because I'm a bit clumsy!).
