But don't use it for pressing hard to level out whatever Your cooking. My daughter has gotten into making confections for sale and pressed so hard on her product to where she cracked the spatula. I'm not mad, I simply had her re-purchase the set and she can continue with the other set. This is not for heavy daily use. Just normal occasional use.
