They are incredibly difficult to buy for because they have everything; needless to say, they love it! Review: Good value - Over all this oven for it's size, features and price is a good value. Came with shipping damage and received a discount while waiting almost 2 months for parts without using it. Cooks a Neapolitan pizza in a minute and a half. Use good dry hardwood like oak, ash or red eucalyptus. Gets to 1000 degrees easily! When the stone floor is at around 750/800 I start cooking pizzas and I can cook up to 8 pizzas without adding wood. By the last pizza the floor temp is around 550. Takes just over 2 minutes to cook last pizza. The only negative is the depth of the oven is too shallow due to ash grate being placed in the middle and taking up floor space. You can only cook up to 10" pizza.
