When I opened it, it was nicer than I had expected. I will be giving it as a gift and am sure it will be a hit. It's just a beautiful, very classy item. I was surprised that the Bible verse is on both sides of the scroll. That way, when you wind up the music box, the scroll turns and you can always see the Bible verse. IF there is a negative, it is that the engraving is very light. But, I knew that from other reviews before I ordered it. I choose to not consider that a negative.
