My posture is slowly getting better and my left side is not so slumped as it was before I started using this bra… Initially the 1st couple of days were a bit uncomfortable as my body was adjusting to the changes but once that initial discomfort went it has really done the job and it is extremely comfortable to wear. Due to all of the health benefits that this bra has given me I would not go back to wearing my other bras and would definitely recommend this bra to any lady who needs some help in correcting their posture…These bras do come up slightly smaller sizewise so I would recommend buying a size larger e.g. if you are 34DD then buy 36DD instead… These bras are meant to be quite snug but not painfully tight & this will get round this problem quite nicely. At the time I didn't realise this was the case so when I bought my 1st bra I just went for my normal size and I just couldn't wear it because it was so tight… I have lost a bit of weight since then and decided to try this bra once more & it fits like a glove now so yes, definitely buy a size larger to get the right size for you. ### ⭐ more like army issue *by L***Y on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 2 December 2015* As soon as I opened the bra container, the label fell out . I looked at the tag which should have held it in position ,to find the end had already been cut off . So, it appears it was a returned item . However , I had ordered a size larger ,as ,on reading the reviews, this seemed essential . The problem with this bra is , the straps are far too short over the shoulders ,the bra it self is under the chin ! And the skin colour is just awful ,more like army issue .I looked to see where it was made, two places are on the label S.A .then France ,maybe South Africa bought them from China ,as no place of manufacture was actually mentioned . The fabric is so flimsy .. I never thought that because it was a ‘posture’ bra it would not have any support but although the back is good there is no adjustment at all and the fabric although comfortable does not give any support So the overall look is flat and shapeless .. honestly.
