I make my own coffee "creamer" using Bob's Red Mill Whey Protein powder, collagen powder, stevia/erythritol, cinnamon, and coconut oil. An emersion blender does a great job of mixing everything nicely, and the froth on top is delicious! I do recommend using an emersion blender over a spoon for mixing, because it does a much better job. **Q: can you just mix it with just water?** A: You can but it will be yucky. I know it’s unflavored but I can taste it in my morning oatmeal. That being said, maybe I’m just sensitive to the taste of whey. **Q: Has anyone mixed this with only juice?** A: I have not personally, but I would not recommend it because juice is acidic and may denature the protein you're mixing in.
