**Q: I plan to use these in the freezer. Can they be closed for freezer use or do they have to remain open?**

**Q: If the sliders cannot be boiled how do you use these for sous vide cooking. If I take the clip off will the bags stay sealed?**
A: I only use them for food storage. I don’t think they would stay closed without the sliders. Have you tried contacting the seller with this question?

**Q: Are these hard to close/open?**
A: Yes.... They can be extremely difficult to open and close... So much so that I no longer try to use them... Very frustrating.. In being fair, I never contacted the company... They are very thick and will definitely seal whatever you put in them.. but they are very hard to slide open and closed... I thought about maybe putting a little oil on them to make them slide easier but then worried about bacteria so I didn't do that... I hope I helped

**Q: Are these microwave safe as well?**
A: I’m fairly certain they are not. Great for the freezer though.
