Will the patch show from behind - that is, if someone were to stand behind me?** A: the patch is oval, about a half inch or smaller, clear with tiny clear threads, I wear my hair up all the time. If someone were a foot behind you and staring at your ears they would see a bit if you have butterfly backs. With omega backs the wouldn't see it. Buy them, they are great. Better than a ripped piercing. If you already have a ripped piercing, they will hold even heavy earrings in place. I wouldn't wear earrings without them. **Q: The price is for 1 box that bring 60 pathes o foe 4 box???** A: Four (4) boxes inclusive of sixty patches per box (240 patches total); averaging a 4 month supply. Great deal!!! In the mall at the accessory stores, each box sells for at least $10.95 each. I was so happy and grateful to purchase the four boxes for so much less on Amazon. **Q: Where can I buy this product besides on web sites?** A: Claire's Boutique sells them. You can find them in almost any mall. **Q: Can I use these and avoid plastic surgery to repair my earlobes?** A: My earlobe holes are stretched and I had considered injections to make the holes smaller.
