Its extra firm so it opens very easily. I have a high cervix and tighter muscles and I had no problems inserting or removing and best of all....NO LEAKS!! I trimmed 2 notches off of the stem and now I truly cant feel a thing while wearing it. The cup also arrived pretty fast, I ordered on Oct 28 and got it Nov 7. This brand is very reasonably priced for the quality and I really like the sanitizing container that it comes with.
