As already highlighted by Lucifersam "one size does not fit all".To start I have to say its really well made. It works very effectively and you can feel the support it gives your back as soon as its in place. However its very tight on me sadly. I have a 38 inch waist and a reasonably flat tum but I have to be very careful how I put it on. Its on the last notch so as to speak. Such a pity they dont make a couple of different sizes.I use a Neo-G as a soft alternative but it loses its shape too easily which is one thing the Vulkan does not do. Its rock solid.
