The size was right. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Awesome sneakers! *by H***R on July 23, 2025* I’m so surprised how much I love these sneakers! I’m usually loyal only to Skechers but I’ve become a fan of Dr Scholls. I love that these come in wide. I find them to be a tiny bit longer than the same size in Skechers which is a good thing for me. I own almost every color now and I like the fabric versions a little more than the faux leather but both are still great. The cloud version of the Maddison style is far more comfortable than the original Maddison. There’s extra cushion in the insole which I really like. There’s very little break in time if any. Some of my pairs are a little more rough on the heel edge than others but I simply bend the heel edge around and that’s all it takes to remove any discomfort from rubbing. They haven’t given me any blisters. They are easy to clean - I just wipe them off with a slightly soapy towel or a damp towel and they look great again with minimal effort. The traction on the sole was a worry of mine when I first got the shoes. I thought they might be too slippery on tile and smooth surfaces but I haven’t had any issues with them slipping while walking. I wouldn’t say they are slip resistant however. I wear them all day at work where I walk quite a lot throughout the day and they are comfortable all day. No achy feet when I get home. I’ve worn them both with and without socks and found them comfortable both ways. I personally prefer a shoe that has minimal arch support as I have very flat feet. Anything even slightly poking into my arch is super uncomfortable for me as I need a flat insole. These feel like they have a little bit of arch support and I was worried it would be too much for me. However, I haven’t had any issues with it. I’d say if your looking for a good amount of arch support then these might not have enough for you. Overall I couldn’t be happier with these sneakers.
