Then again, maybe that's how mexican hot chocolate is supposed to be. I weighed the dosing to make sure I had it right, but I'll try adjusting the amount and perhaps cut in some cacao powder. Adding rum was a pleasant addition.The paper bag shown is also wrapped in a plastic bag when shipped to catch leaking powder.
