She’s played trombone for four years now and is a solid intermediate player. She’s also in marching band and hasn’t been having any issues. She was able to install the hand grip herself and it seems to be firmly attached. The second she got it on and slid her hand through, she had the BIGGEST smile on her face. She LOVES it. I can’t speak to durability, but I’ll update this review if we have any problems in the next few months. UPDATE: Marching band season is complete and the grip survived without issue! Happy customer.
