Both cups are pretty stiff, but still easy to fold and insert in my opinion. I am 22 and have never had children. I am, however, a heavy bleeder and usually have to use super plus tampons every thirty minutes to two hours on my heavy days. My first menstrual cup purchase was a flimsy soft cup that I had a lot of issues trying to get it to open after insertion. This cup has no issues with opening! Most of the time, the cup opened immediately after inserting with no coaxing. The few times it would not, a small twist on the bottom would pop it open. I will say, however, if you have a sensitive bladder this may not be the cup for you. When my cup popped open initially I would get a strong urge to urinate because of the cups stiffness. This feeling would go away after a minute or two, but initially was uncomfortable and annoying. While wearing the cup, I experienced no leaks, but I have only used it for one cycle. I have not tried the larger size because the smaller of the two worked so well for me. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great cup. It is extremely firm, quite possibly the firmest on the market. My only problem was that it was a little crampy for me after I got an iud. Before I got the iud, there were no problems, but I discovered after I got an iud, that some cups caused cramping. This one probably caused the worse out of all my cups. I would still recommend it though. If you do not have an iud or your iud does not cause you cramps, this could be great!The small size is about as large as a lunette cup, except it is more of a v shape whereas the lunette has more of a bell shape. The silicone is shiny, not matte. After a few uses it starts to get stained, but that is to be expected. The large size is HUGE. It can hold a whole bunch of fluid. It is the largest cup I have ever seen, which I don't personally need, but you may find this great if you have a heavy flow. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I will never go back to tampons *by K***. on Reviewed in the United States on March 26, 2016* I have been using cups for a bought a year now and I will never go back to tampons. They have reduced my cramps and I love that despite the fact that I have a heavy period I can go hours with no worries or leaks. The yuuki cup has became my favorite after trying quite a few different types and brands. I now own three one large soft and a small and a large in the classic.
