Keep well away from your fingers or hands to avoids cuts. **Q: 30 cm? Surely they are not a foot long ?** A: They are 22cms or 8.5 inches long. Buy them you will not regret but take care as extremely sharp **Q: Can these be used for cutting cheese?** A: You can cut ANYTHING with them (including your fingers).
