Review: Best on the market - I had some bad energy left from the previous owners of my house, and I was desperate to get rid of it. I learned about how smudging can get rid of negative energy and looked at many smudge kits online before deciding on this one. This is the most comprehensive kit on the market with different smudge sticks, not just sage. What I really like about this product is that they all fit in a cute bag, with an adorable feather charm zipper pull (The turkey feather is long so I just bend slightly to make it fit. I've taken it in and out of the bag multiple times without any issue--I just keep in the original plastic sleeve that it came in). Each of the herbs are in individual labeled ziploc bags, which take the guesswork out of which herb is which. The herbs are very high quality and fragrant, and the detailed instruction manual helped me to figure out how to use each of the smudge sticks. I've had this kit for several weeks now, and I feel like it has totally made a difference in my home. This would make the perfect hostess or housewarming gift. Review: Everything you need In a smudge kit, high quality !!! - I love the canvas bag this comes with! It holds everything well! Typically, smudges this size are at least $5 each at my local shop and this kit has 4 different ones included. The sage and feather are bigger than expected, so it's a great value. Plus, reading about the different ways to use them is really neat. Using a soapstone bowl for smudging is a first for me, but I figured even if I don't use it, the holder will make a beautiful candle holder; I like the color! ## Features - ◆ ZIPPERED BAG STAYS TIDY: Smudging can be messy, but our canvas bag has a wipeable liner and easy pull-tab zipper to keep your supplies well organized. Ideal for travel or a mini altar set-up. A complete gift set, this intro kit is unique for a housewarming or for those interested in space clearing. - ◆ INSTRUCTIONS PROVIDED: Our instruction pamphlet describes the purpose of burning smudge sticks, herbs and wands, and how to do so successfully! It lists the “Uses + Attributes” of each variety for your guidance: White Sage, Cedar, Palo Santo, and Sweetgrass. Each smudge stick is labeled and individually sealed for clean storage and can be used multiple times. - ◆ HEAT-PROOF BOWL: No Abalone shell here, that’s for amateurs! Experienced incense burners know that a soapstone smudge bowl has no "hot spots" or leakage from side holes; its center is recessed for snuffing out a flame. Carved to fit the grip of your hand, you can easily walk with it and raise it up, allowing smoke to travel farther into room’s corners. A versatile vessel for burning sage, herbs and incense; great for containing ash too! - ◆ SUPERIOR QUALITY: Our dense herbs are gathered and hand-tied in California, Colorado, and New Mexico; the Palo Santo is responsibly harvested from Peru. Allow them to smolder in the heavy soapstone pot and waft the smoke through your home with the turkey feather. Natural elements vary in shape and color, but each herb is roughly 4 inches in length. - ◆ CHANGE THE ENERGY IN THE AIR: Negative ions are released while burning herbs, allowing their smoke to cleanse a room, person or object, by eliminating lower frequencies and restoring balance. Energy cannot be created nor destroyed, it simply changes states. Use this kit to elevate your meditation, uplift your spirit, or purify your space. Cleanse, protect, revitalize. ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B07HLWNMM4 | | Brand Name | Modern Voodoo | | Customer Reviews | 4.4 4.4 out of 5 stars (18) | | Included Components | canvas bag, instruction pamphlet, soapstone smudge pot, feather, cedar smudge stick, palo santo stick, sweetgrass braid, white sage smudge stick | | Item Form | Sticks | | Item Length | 4 Inches | | Manufacturer | Modern Voodoo | | Material Type | Bursera Graveolens Wood, Cedar, Sage | | Scent Name | Cedar | | UPC | 086547349932 | | Unit Count | 1.0 Count | ## Product Details - **Brand:** Modern Voodoo - **Item Form:** Sticks - **Item Length:** 4 Inches - **Manufacturer:** Modern Voodoo - **Material:** Bursera Graveolens Wood, Cedar, Sage - **Scent:** Cedar - **UPC:** 086547349932 - **Unit Count:** 1.0 Count ## Images ![Smudging Kit | Travel Gift Set | for Beginners, Space Clearing, House Blessing | Palo Santo Stick, Cedar, White Sage Smudge Stick, Sweetgrass, Smudging Turkey Feather, Soapstone Smudge Bowl | Variety - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71d+dQ07JvL.jpg) ![Smudging Kit | Travel Gift Set | for Beginners, Space Clearing, House Blessing | Palo Santo Stick, Cedar, White Sage Smudge Stick, Sweetgrass, Smudging Turkey Feather, Soapstone Smudge Bowl | Variety - Image 2](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/81FMeXM2XjL.jpg) ![Smudging Kit | Travel Gift Set | for Beginners, Space Clearing, House Blessing | Palo Santo Stick, Cedar, White Sage Smudge Stick, Sweetgrass, Smudging Turkey Feather, Soapstone Smudge Bowl | Variety - Image 3](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71yCPF0ybjL.jpg) ![Smudging Kit | Travel Gift Set | for Beginners, Space Clearing, House Blessing | Palo Santo Stick, Cedar, White Sage Smudge Stick, Sweetgrass, Smudging Turkey Feather, Soapstone Smudge Bowl | Variety - Image 4](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71eA7+TPLFL.jpg) ![Smudging Kit | Travel Gift Set | for Beginners, Space Clearing, House Blessing | Palo Santo Stick, Cedar, White Sage Smudge Stick, Sweetgrass, Smudging Turkey Feather, Soapstone Smudge Bowl | Variety - Image 5](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71VXuVCn24L.jpg) ## Questions & Answers **Q: Is the soapstone pot 1 solid piece..or is it glued together?** A: One solid piece. It has a depressed center to extinguish smudge sticks or wands by tamping them out. The pot/bowl also can hold charcoal and resin, or be filled with sand to hold incense sticks or cones. **Q: Does everything fit in the bag that you get ?** A: Hello! Yes, all supplies will fit in the canvas zipper pouch which has a leather bottom. The bag also has a wipeable liner and decorative zipper pull. However, to prevent the wafting feather from getting overly tattered ends, it is recommended that you keep it separate and stored in the clear plastic bag sleeve it will arrive in. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Best on the market *by E***K on December 10, 2018* I had some bad energy left from the previous owners of my house, and I was desperate to get rid of it. The sage and feather are bigger than expected, so it's a great value. Plus, reading about the different ways to use them is really neat. Travel with it everywhere *by C***H on July 2, 2019* This is a definite go-to if you're a travelling healer like myself. A wonderful, neat and compact set. I wish the bowl did not have a hollow neck/hole in the center as it makes it difficult to get air through for loose leaf incense. The turkey feather is smaller than I typically work with, but great for beginners. I have my own smudge fan, so that was not too much of a concern. I would recommend it and buy it again though! --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.pt/products/81685481-smudging-kit-travel-gift-set-for-beginners-space-clearing-house](https://www.desertcart.pt/products/81685481-smudging-kit-travel-gift-set-for-beginners-space-clearing-house) --- *Product available on Desertcart Portugal* *Store origin: PT* *Last updated: 2026-10-13*
