Rich resource for coaches and educators using Hogan assessments
The wealth of experience and useful insights found in this book have made it my go-to resource before most coaching sessions. The authors unpack the Hogan HDS assessment in great detail and offer numerous insights that benefit your coachees. Examples include how a certain trait my be perceived by others upwards, laterally, or downward in the Organisations. Also, what a coach might focus on and questions to ask if the coachee's score is high or low on a construct. Chapters end with advice on what to stop doing, start doing, and continue doing. There is also great advice around the Hogan domain model and interaction between the HPI, HDS, and MVPI. Frankly, the book is worth every penny you spend and makes a good investment if you work with Hogan.
