It is difficult to insert the phone jack as well as the charger cable as the plastic covers the top of both. I really don't like the plastic that covers the power lock and volume ports. I have to press very hard with my fingernail to activate them. Am extremely disappointed that there is no where to hang the stylus pen. I prefer using that to my finger.
