Would this be suitable?** A: I guess it depends on the sound you want. From my side, I use it to play a very wide range of music from 16th century choral music to Slipknot! It's a very high quality speaker; range response is excellent and well balanced and the speaker can fill the room! In terms of Alexa functions, it seems to be the same as a regular device (such as Echo). **Q: I keep getting a message to pair alexa through the app? when i try the amazon app cannot see the c5a. it's paired to my phone. anyone have this?** A: I paired Alexa with my C5a and regret it. It regularly defaults to American Alexa, seems to pick up lots of false positive and randomly replies to never asked questions. I wish I could unpair it but there doesn't seem to be any option for this. **Q: Can I play bbc radio stations on this?** A: Playing BBC 1,2,3,4 on an Audio Pro should now be possible again. I have a C10 and it runs an app called Internet radio which I successfully run Radio 2,3,4, 6 on. And can can set them up on presets too. Cant see why it wouldnt be true on a C5 also. **Q: Can you use as part of the home cinema system with echo and amazon fire tv stick? is it good as a cinema surround speaker?** A: I had to return this speaker as although it had a great sound it had terrible bluetooth reception. It only has bluetooth 4 when what you need is version 5. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great sound, build quality, some limitations on Alexa support *by J***L on 10 January 2023* This is a great speaker for the price. Don't expect it to outperform a stereo pair, but it is way better than any single bluetooth speaker I've heard, though most of these have been cheaper. I'm using in the kitchen with Amazon Music and BBC Radio mostly and it can be heard throughout the house though audiophiles would want something else for decent music playback in other rooms. The build quality/styling is excellent, a grille would be a nice option, but it does look cool without.One thing that wasn't completely clear is that whilst this supports Alexa and multi-room setup, it does not support Alexa Multiroom. This means you would need to buy additional audio pro speakers. I have a firestick connected to speakers in the lounge and it would be nice to merge the speakers into that group. That is not possible as far as I can tell, but that is a newer feature (at least the 3rd party support) than this product. It does allow you to control the speaker with alexa voice commands, do all the calendar stuff etc and the alexa app sees it as an alexa device.Not sure what all the complaints were about setup, it took me 4 mins including unboxing and i was in next room to the router, not sat next to it. Also not had an issue with the Alexa voice commands even when I'm not in the same room. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Just buy it. *by S***. on 10 November 2020* Great sound and quality build. The Audio Pro app isn't brilliant and Alexa doesn't let you stop some streaming radio stations. I have to get up off my backside and push a button, woe is me. Presets won't store BBC Sounds radio channels, bit annoying but all minor points.
