We are missing a bolt for the supports because the bag with the accessories was torn open. The missing bolt really doesn't matter at this point because the Helen the bottom pipes are all in the wrong spot but one. Three of the support braces the bottom holes are way to close to the upright poles so the supports do not line up except one...almost $300 for this thing and nothing but AGGRAVATION!!!!
