Review: Sharp, smooth and a great value for a three-pack - I’ve used these scissors on cardboard and plastic packaging, and they cut very cleanly all the way to the tip. They’re sharp enough to handle thicker materials without struggling, and the blades open and close smoothly. The handles are comfortable to use, and all three pairs feel equally sharp and well made. I also like the different colors because they make it easy to keep each pair in a separate room or dedicate them to different uses. So far, I’ve been very happy with them and would definitely buy them again.
Review: Could be the best value on desertcart! - These are awesome scissors that cut like a hot knife through butter. With a thick fastener at the axis they are quite sturdy too. The grips are very comfortable and fit large hands just fine. The different colors for each pair is also great as we can track which ones we lose first... The steel cutting blades are sharp so like with all scissors, be careful! Best of all, you get not one, not two, but THREE pairs for half the price of a single pair of "name brand" scissors of similar quality. Happy to recommend!

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Are these sturdy, good quality?**
A: Yes, they are sturdy, good quality scissors. Of course, you can find even more sturdy, eight times harder than regular ones instead of three times like these ones but considering the price there is no better choice.

**Q: where is made?**
A: According to the description and what it says about where iBayam manuafactures their scissors, it's in the USA. I'm not sure where but one link said it was near the main Amazon warehouse in the US. You'll just have to enter iBayam and follow their lead. Hope this helps some. Autumn Ruckman

**Q: Are these lightweight?**
A: Yes. They are lightweight & sturdy. Super buy.

**Q: Are these the scissors I'm allowed to run with?**
A: I don’t understand the question. I would not run with these scissors. If you run with these scissors you could fall and hurt yourself.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent heavy-duty scissors — sharp, comfortable, and dependable!
*by M***H on February 5, 2026*

I picked up the iBayam 3-Pack 8″ Heavy Duty Scissors with Ultra Sharp Blades and Comfort Grip Handles because I needed reliable scissors for everything from office tasks to sewing and craft projects — and this set has exceeded my expectations. Right out of the package, these scissors are surprisingly sharp. I tested them on a variety of materials — paper, cardstock, fabric, plastic packaging, and even thin cardboard — and they sliced through everything cleanly with minimal effort. The blades stay aligned and smooth, meaning no frustrating jagged cuts or tugging. For craft foam and layered fabric they were impressively effective; for paper they felt effortless. The handles are really where these stand out. The comfort grip design makes them easy to hold and reduces hand fatigue, even after extended cutting sessions. I have a tendency to get sore hands with stiffer scissors, but these feel light in hand and very ergonomic. I’ve used them for everything from trimming sewing patterns to cutting scrapbook sheets, and the grip stays comfortable the whole time. The “heavy duty” claim feels justified. These scissors don’t feel flimsy or like they’ll bend under stress. Whether I was cutting thick paper stacks, fabric swatches, or plastic packaging, they handled it without any drama. I also appreciated how well they stayed aligned and sharp after repeated use — no loosening or dulling after several projects. Three pairs is perfect for keeping one in the craft room, one in the office, and one in the kitchen or sewing corner. It saves time hunting for scissors, plus it’s nice knowing I have backups if one gets misplaced. For the price, this feels like excellent value. Pros: - Very sharp ultra-sharp blades - Smooth, clean cuts on a wide range of materials - Comfortable ergonomic grip — easy on hands - Heavy duty feel and durability - Great multi-pair value for home/office/crafts Minor Notes: - Not locking blades, so store safely if you have kids around. - If you need industrial shears for extremely thick materials (like heavy leather or plastic bags), a dedicated tool might still be better — but for everyday tasks these are fantastic. Overall, the iBayam 3-Pack 8″ Heavy Duty Scissors are a staple quality tool every home or office should have. They cut cleanly and comfortably, feel sturdy, and the 3-pack is convenient and cost-effective. I find myself grabbing these first for almost every cutting task now — whether I’m prepping craft projects, trimming papers, cutting fabric, or just opening packages. Highly recommended for home, school, office, sewing, and craft use!
