Great materials with a couple of tweaks needed - The build quality and materials of this rack bag are great; it feels very sturdy and like it will last a long time if you take care of it. However, you should note that when it arrives, the distance between the rails is slightly wider than a standard rack unit. The good news is that it can easily be adjusted using the screws that attach the rails to the wood frame. By adding washers on both sides, you can pull the rails closer together until they fit your rack perfectly. As a downside, I wish the shoulder strap was a bit longer, or that the bag featured metal D-rings. However, if you find some aftermarket metal rings, you can easily replace the stock ones yourself and upgrade to a much more comfortable strap. I am giving it 5 stars mainly because of how budget-friendly and economical it is; for this price, it’s an amazing value even with those details. On a side note, there was a mistake with my shipping and I initially received the wrong size, but the seller's customer service resolved the issue incredibly fast. Great customer service and a solid product after a quick tweak!

**Q: Ok, someone help me out here. Its this rack 8in depth or 12in depth. Title on the item says 12in but description says 8in...Im confused**
A: I called the manufacturer directly and let them know the detail price option container (no info), lead description (12" inch depth) and the detailed description (8" depth) was confusing. They eventually called back and confirmed that this model (RRB30) is 12" in depth. The Rockville website also confirms a 12" depth. If the Rockville team is watching this thread a minor adjustment to Amazon description would help us potential customers :)

A: I believe the smallest from Rockville is 3U

A: 7 inches high, 8 inches deep, 19 inches wide

**Q: Does this rack have rear mounting rails? I see conflicting answers to this question. One says 'just front' other says "also rack on both sides".**
A: Mine only has mounting rails on the front. It is; however, an excellent rack. It has been well used yet still looks good. All the zippers and straps have put up with years of use. I use it to carry all my sure wireless gear so I would have no use for mounting racks at the rear. I have the 3 space unit. Hope this helps.

The build quality and materials of this rack bag are great; it feels very sturdy and like it will last a long time if you take care of it. ### ⭐ Unusable junk; rack does not meet specs and is unusable

UPDATE: Same defect, different day. Received the replacement and it has the same problem. I added two more pictures this time with more than one kind of equipment just to prove is isn't my equipment with the problem, it's the rack. Conclusion: Utter junk; avoid at all costs. --- Original Review --- The best part of this product is the bag; it's actually quite nice. The rack on the other hand is unusable. In the pictures I've shown the fit and finish of the covering; given that this is how it was out of the box it's pretty clear that within a few times in and out of the bag, this will be pulling off and looking awful. Worse though, the rack was not 19" wide; it was about 19.25" wide, which means NOTHING FITS. I've included pictures of one of my devices where lining the rack holes on up on side means the other side cannot be screwed in. It's slightly better at the bottom - maybe only 1/8" out of whack, but still too wide to use. This was confirmed with multiple devices, so the rack - the main purpose of buying this - is not fit for purpose. A 19" rack has one requirement: a 19" rackmount system, and this one fails. I have initiated a return and will give one more chance on the replacement. When that arrives I may update this review if it's actually usable. Meanwhile, buyer beware.
