Easiest Way to Watch the Whole Run
I bought all three of the collection sets, giving me all of Doctors 9-12. It was way cheaper than buying each season individually. It was also easier to watch then just watching it on prime as it integrated the specials into the episode order, allowing for an easy binge. No special features or anything, but if you just want the episodes in an easy format, this is how to do it. It's also fun to line the cases up and see the art piece all three of them make together. If they ever make ones for future runs, I'll be going this route instead of buying every season or special individually.

Great Doctor
I've only come lately to Doctor Who with the 9th Doctor, Christopher Eccleston. I loved David Tennant in the role. I didn't like Matt Smith until I saw him the second time round. And I was skeptical of Peter Capaldi at first, but found I really liked him as the Doctor. I think he's a great actor and does the role justice. I'm currently on my second viewing of this series. However, this particular package, all the Peter Capaldi episodes in one box, leaves something to be desired, namely, a printed list and description of the episodes and the names of the episodes on the disc labels themselves. It is very difficult to keep track of where you are without those and I find I have to write it myself as I'm watching it, for the next time. I guess you get what you paid for.

The collections are Awesome; but the cases suck.
I was sad to see Dr Who disappear from the Amazon Prime Watch List. I have been a long time Whovian; but had not Purchased any of the “Newer Series” on DVD. This was a HUGE nudge on January 2nd to Purchase all the complete sets. These are priced well, and Mostly Complete! Includes Christmas and the Specials. The quality is good; but the cases Suck. The Capaldi I ordered twice, I was going to return the second one too; but it all the DVDs played OK.I took all of the DVDs out of every broken case and it put them in little white sleeves. I just made a new box for the individual DVDs.I ordered Two of Capaldi Sets, both sets had this weird Oil/ stuff all over the case. Both Capaldi cases were all been broken when I received them. That has been main issue with any of these sets, The cases Suck, they are not good at holding the DVDs, and or they did not come out without a fight. {every set has had something weird about the cases}If you want a “Nice collector set”.. this is not it. These sets are AWESOME for Whovians who really just like to Pop in a DVD, and watch some Dr Who.They are numbered; but do not have a list of which episode is on the disc. They do not have the little Prequels; but I have my Dr Who Back!I really just wanted my Dr Who, so it is good for me. I made a box and my own list of episodes and recycled the DVD cases. I sent back one of the two Capaldi DVD sets. The Matt Smith Set that I got, had the same weirdness with the Case. The Christopher Eccleston/ David Tennant DVD set had a different case with different issues; but the videos were all FINE in both of those sets. All the sets are AMAZING Value, you just might need to make it your own. <3I have more photos; but it only let me add one.

Buy this do not DL on prime
I bought all the modern seasons of Doctor Who while watching Amazon prime. Although the app said I was buying them, after some months, I learned, I would have to buy them AGAIN to be able to rewatch them. At least I won’t have to pay for the disks a second time if I want to re-watch a show.
