After trying several cooking oils like olive oil, canola, peanut, avocado, safflower, and sunflower, we found that grapeseed oil offers the most neutral taste and smell with the advantages of a high smoke point. After trying an array of oils, we found that grapeseed oil offered the best all-around performance. With a high smoke point of 420° and a pleasant light and clean taste and aroma, grapeseed is the oil of choice for many chefs around the world. Extra virgin olive oil certainly has its place for lightly sauteing certain dishes and as a finishing oil. However, for overall cooking, deep frying, and especially when searing with higher heat, grapeseed oil easily performs the best and adds no off-putting flavors to the dish (or weird smells from the food or lingering odors in our kitchen). We had been purchasing Trader Joe's grapeseed oil and thought it worked well. Yet, when it was out of stock at TJ's, we tried Sadaf (from Italy) on desertcart and found this oil to be of higher quality with a superior taste and cleaner finish (easily one or two notches up in quality). ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ One of the healthiest oils and a secret!!

First of all, I enjoy cooking with Grapeola as it can take more heat before burning on which means it is good for deep frying. Another thing I have recently learned is it is very good for aging skin. Apply once a day with a cotton ball or skin pad and it will firm up loose skin as well as soften wrinkles and lines. I have been using it for years along with olive oil for a lighter taste. I love it!!
