Sounds amazing
Mine Showed up with a dent in it but it still sounds good, the Djembe is an amazing instrument you can get so many sounds out of it. Every drummer needs one in their collection. Get the big one it's heavier than sin but big boom.

Great drum, bad packaging and shipping are so bad
The Drum is great, but packaging and shipping is so bad,

Nice sounds
My drum arrived on time and in good shape, but the wood has proven to be unstable for shipment to dry climates. My drum developed long cracks in the lower cone and extend into upper portion also. I will let the drum get into this spring and summer and then I will repair it. After all that it still sounds pretty good.

The real Djembe
I bought it for my husband's 60th birthday. So far he mostly uses it to call me to dinner, but I have hopes that soon he'll join a drumming circle.
