Allin Exporters PH906 Cool Mist Dolphin Humidifier Adults and Baby Bedroom 2 L Portable Room Humidifier (1 Year Warranty)

Looked it up online - it's a bad idea to use untreated tap water with ultrasonic humidifiers. The US Food and Drug Administration advocates against the use of untreated tap water and even RO water - distilled water is the way to go. The problem is that the microorganisms, pathogens and minerals contained in tap water (which, again, is an unfortunate reality in India) get expelled from the tank and released into the air. These then make their way into your lungs where they can really mess up your system. As even RO water contains minute amounts which can cause an adverse reaction, distilled water is the best option, per the FDA. Unfortunately, it's a lot harder to procure and pretty expensive, especially when you're going through 2 liters for every 24 hours of operation at the lowest setting. Even leaving the water sitting in your humidifier's tank is bad as water provides a pretty fertile breeding ground for microorganisms. And regular cleaning is also a prerequisite as the mineral deposits along the walls of the tank also create a breeding ground. Given this, the best thing you can do is try and get your hands on an evaporative humidifier. I, unfortunately, haven't been able to find one as almost all the humidifiers on Amazon appear to be ultrasonic ones.

I Purchased this humidifier around 10 days back and much satisfied with overall performance of product. The delivery was fast and on accurate timing, The product looks exactly same as mentioned in the picture so much happy about this.I would like to divide my review between advantages and limitations this allin PH906 has :ADVANTAGES:The mist is much dry not wet like other humidifiers so it provides soothing atmosphere, It doesn't wets your air but makes it comfortable for your skin and body. Overall for the quality of mist I would rate it 9/10.APART from this the amount of mist it throws out is large, it can entirely humidify one room, I filled around 2 liters of water and it worked for more than 10 hrs on medium speed. DO NOTE THAT YOU CAN ONLY USE DISTILLED OR R/O WATER FOR THIS.When the water ends inside the humidifier red light turns on which directly cutoffs power so saves electricity, when you fill water back again green light turns on.LIMITATIONS:IT cannot provide hot mist but in India there is no need of hot mist so I have no concerns about it.The table where you place this humidifier gets a bit damp after using it for more than 10 hrs.So try to change position in few hours or so, OR place this at a higher level.OVERALL I WOULD LIKE TO RATE THIS HUMIDIFIER (8.5-9)/10 CONSIDERING ABOVE MENTIONED PROS AND CONS. INDIVIDUAL RATING IS AS BELOW:MIST QUALITY 9/10BUILD QUALITY 8.5/10POWER CONSUMPTION 9/10ERGONOMICS 9/10WORKING TIME 9/10I highly recommend this humidifier if you are searching for best one at this price.

Being a first time user of humidifiers, I was confused whether these product are helpful or not. After few weeks of usage I can confidently say humidifier are indeed worth your money. Over that, Allin Exporter is really value for money and seems to meet all its promises.My feedback to them would be to improve water filling in their future version, as it's bit tedious in current version.

First, there is no instruction manual, so I question the authenticity of this product. Second, if you fill the water from the top, it starts leaking from the bottom. If you fill the water from the bottom, it leaks from the top. So you have to be super careful while filling the water. While being switched on, the water will leak from the bottom, so careful for your floor or table. Third, even if you manage to carefully fill the water, and switch it on, it will last only 1 to 3 hours, even though they have advertised it as 12 hours.One of my worst purchases at Amazon. And its not cheap at 1500. And now Amazon will refuse to take it back, since my return window elapsed.

fill it all the way up and keep it at medium settings(still quite a lot of mist) and it lasts for 12 hours as it says. on full blast it barely lasts 6 hours but raises the humidity to quite a high level.it has an awkward way of filling it up but for 2k rs that's pretty understandable, corners had to be cut i guess.also the auto shutdown works as advertised, the machine pump "turns off" when it's empty and the green led turns red. it still draws some current though

It's a good product and it does what it's been advertised for. My only problem is with the tank - it feels very cumbersome to fill water in it. You need to separate the tank, turn it upside down, fill water and put it back. When you are refilling the tank when it runs out of water, you have to be close to a sink because there is still some water left in it and when you separate the tank, it just splashes all over you. A simple opening on the outside might have solved this 'problem'; I've been using it for a while and the very thought that I have to go through all these processes to refill, is keeping me from using it.Also, it's made of plastic, so its not very durable.

Water has been leaking from the tank, I am afraid to use it since I could be playing with electricity and life. No replacement scheme hurts. Manual built up in a poor English and grammar, which prevents you from understanding the terms of use... BUYERS TIPS: take risks if you have replacement scheme or when you are ready to lose your money if you have much; otherwise, it's better to avoid this... Wasted my 1450 bucks, not advisable for any patients because it's a scam product...

It works great. My baby is feeling relaxed from nose block and it added that extra humidity in to our room. Like cool mist from this product. Recommended.. go for it.
