They’re okay, but most of them taste pretty similar—even though the protein sources vary (mushroom, soy, and wheat gluten). For me, they’re too sweet. I’d prefer less sugar and more bold, savory flavor or spice. If you’re expecting a dry, traditional-style jerky, this isn’t it. These are moist, sticky, and sweet—but definitely chewy. They’ll work fine as a quick snack on the go, but since I don’t have much of a sweet tooth, I’ll probably reach for something more savory most of the time.
