The only ingredients are apple cider which has been boiled down, and a spice mix containing cinnamon, allspice, and cloves. Apple cider is naturally sweet. Though there is sugar content, it is only from the natural sugars found in apples. That's sounds yucky to me. **Q: Can this be used in a frozen slushy machine?** A: This cider can be used to make a frozen slushy. You need to use a bit more cider to water than the normally recommended 7 to 1 ratio **Q: What is the brix of the concentrate?** A: 25g natural sugar per ounce (28.3g) of concentrate or 227g when mixed according to directions.
