It works great so far! I put it in my cranberry apple wine base two days ago and I'm already getting alchohol smell! This seems to be great quality yeast, it has easy to follow instructions. One package will make about five gallons of twenty percent abv. wine. I am still in the fermentation process but I believe it whole heartedly will.
