But not happy with the tray. I was when we bought it, but after every shower some of the water stays on the tray like an island. Not happy with the product. **Q: Is this tray slippy** A: Dear Valued Customer,The trays have a plain, flat surface, and we haven't yet had any complaints of the shower trays being slippy.I hope it helps, if you have further queries, please do not hesitate to contact us.Best Regards,Elegant showers **Q: Why does my tray have a dent forming in the middle ,it is raised of the floor but constructed of hard material so should not dent????** A: I have had my tray installed nearly 2yrs and has not dented. First thought would be perhaps a rogue mould off the production line. Have you contacted the supplier / manufacturer? **Q: Is the plug removable for cleaning?** A: The chrome plastic cover is just push fit and is easily removed the inner cup/ trap is a threaded fit and can be removed with some effort to remove any hair/detritus if required but it’s not too easy and fortunately doesn’t have to be done too often if the drain outlet has a reasonable drop it drains fast. ## Frequently Bought Together - ELEGANT 760 x 760 x 40 mm Square Stone Shower Enclosure Tray + Waste Trap - ELEGANT 760 x 760 mm Sliding Doors Corner Entry Shower Enclosure 6mm Extra Toughened Safety Glass Screen Cubicles --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.pt/products/85838536-elegant-760-x-760-x-40-mm-square-stone-shower](https://www.desertcart.pt/products/85838536-elegant-760-x-760-x-40-mm-square-stone-shower) --- *Product available on Desertcart Portugal* *Store origin: PT* *Last updated: 2026-10-17*
