Excellent plants
These plants, ordered from Greenwood Nursery, arrived a bit larger than I expected at over 12 inches tall -- which was a pleasant surprise. They were in good condition, and easily transplanted to the garden. The common name for Baptisia australis is also "blue wild indigo," and it is native to much of the eastern United States. It's a good choice for native gardens (or even native fields) in this region, but makes a nice addition to any flower garden. The leaves alone would make an attractive plant, and the deep blue flowers are extremely attractive. I'm not expecting flowers anytime soon, because this genus typically puts the greatest effort into developing a tap root system during the first year or two. Patience is a virtue with native perennials. I'm very happy with this purchase.

Hard to find but tiny plant
It is tough to find this plant. So I was very glad that I found it in Amazon. I came without any issue. However, it is very tiny, about 3" tall. So I think it is going to take a few years before I will see any bloom.

Beautiful & Hard-to-Find
That was my experience with this seller. There are a variety of hard-to-find plants available; the false indigo was a special request of our landscape designer. They arrived promptly and very well-packed, as well as healthy and vigorous, and still moist, which is always a plus. The world of online nurseries is replete with disappointments. When you find a good one, you stick with it. This one's a keeper. I'm happy to recommend purchasing from this seller to other gardeners.

Wonderful plants!
Excellent condition plant!!! Both of mine are doing well and didn't even have any stress from shipping or transplanting! I did let them acclimatize in a shady spot a few days before planting but they didn't look like they needed it!
