I find it helps with my stiffness, my Ortho P.A. was glad to know I've been taking this Glucosamine, MSM, Chondroitin combination, he was going to suggest it to me. To me the softness are great, does not bother my stomach.

I've used Swanson's Joint support for a few years now. I find it helps with my stiffness, my Ortho P.A. was glad to know I've been taking this Glucosamine, MSM, Chondroitin combination, he was going to suggest it to me. To me the softness are great, does not bother my stomach.
