But then read one of the reviews that suggested taking off the plastic piece (on which the cushion sits) from the headphones. Each piece it help in place by 4 sets of clips so I used a butter knife to pry it loose. Once I had the plastic pieces removed, installing the new cushions was easy. After installation, the plastic pieces easily snap back into place by applying a little pressure on each of the 4 clips. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars No instructions on replacement, but product is similar to original pads *by D***R on Reviewed in the United States on June 29, 2019* Took a little while to figure out how to replace these. I was worried that by forcing the removal I'd break the rings or clips, but they factory-installed ones have a tacky glue holding them, so removal requires a bit of forcing. The originals are glued in. There are two plastic discs that need to be removed, the outer one seems to just sit on the inner. The inner needs to be pried out to release the clips.
