Fast shipping. 12 month warranty,support was promptly and responsive.--Installation was easy and most importantly the item works as described even though you will need to charge and discharge it a couple of times in other to get the optimal power backup.After installed the battery,you should reboot the macbook and reset the clock. You may get some messages that your keychain entries or some other things are wrong - do not worry, once you reset the clock they should go away and everything will be back to normal. Was 61% charged when I installed it, so I turned off computer, allowed it to fully charge and then another couple hours. Then, I left screen on, no saver or shut downs, to fully discharge (until computer shuts itself off).
