It has held up well to daily use. I love that the fit is adjustable, because my fingers get inflamed, so I can use the ring even on bad days when my fingers are swollen. Of course, you need to be gentle when you adjust the ring around your finger and mold it carefully, not yank it. This is soft metal, so it bends, but you don't want to fold it, because that would eventually cause breakage.
