I keep it looped on the bedroom doorknob and spend about 10-15 minutes every evening before bed just relaxing with this. My physical therapist prescribed something similar a few years ago, but I needed to make it myself with a towel and rope. It seemed weird at the time but was so relaxing for my neck and shoulders (I had rotator cuff tendinitis). I no longer have that issue but when I saw this on Amazon recently I decided to try it since I tend to carry tension in my head, neck and shoulders. I highly recommend it even if you don’t have a specific issue. It feels great! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Came a day early and was perfectly intact as advertised *by D***X on February 23, 2019* My review is not really a valid review as my cervical vertebrae issues are not normal. I have zero disc spacing between C4/C5 and have another vertebrae that is mis-aligned. Using this device was easy and I was hopeful it would give me some relief. However it seemed to aggravate my particular problem and afterwards I called my sports chiropractor and told him what I was doing. He told me I was not doing myself any good as my condition needs a special decompression therapy and I should not just grab on to anything. So...sad to say I returned it.
