    Simple but Effective!

I didn't know much about these before I ordered this, but now that I have it I love it!  Apparently you are supposed to wear it on the left - I do think this adjusts so that you could even wear it as an anklet if you prefer.  Once adjusted it stays adjusted which is wonderful.
