This item fits my Ipad2, but the rubber casing prevents me from turning down my volume(which it seems to do on its on), I can not power down(rubber stud is directly over the power button,but does not engage once put in place. This is unaaceptable because I use this Ipad to dj, so volume and power is absolutely VITAL, Can you send another? I will gladly send this one back. I would rather have a good product that works correctly than my money back. Please respond asap. Thanks
