Whith them it limited the shoes that could be worn. Only I wore them. This product was just what everyone was looking for. They are compact and comfortable. It alllows everyone to wear what ever shoes. It supports the arch and proper foot position. All I will say is that it felt like these did more harm than good. The product itself is as hard as a rock, and it felt as if I was attempting to walk with two giant stones in my shoes. I told myself that I just needed to give them time to get used to them and to just get through the initial uncomfortable period. Eventually things went from uncomfortable to painful. My feet began to tingle and go numb and I was forced to take these off.
