So for him and his body one dose of gluten and a tablet in a day is enough. This is not the tablets fault. After a bit of research, I decided upon these. Not the cheapest, not the dearest, and they had decent reviews. Now, after using them on and off for a good few months, I can cast my vote on their effectiveness. They have certainly reduced my symptoms, which can range from mild discomfort to bloating, cramps and.....toilet breaks! I tend to use them in conjunction with a minimal gluten diet.
