You need one hand to support the weight of it (It is a thick piece), one hand to line it up perfectly where you want it, one hand to slowly tear off the backing, and one hand to press it firmly and slowly to the bottom of the boat. Yes, you need 4 hands to make it look decent. Call a buddy over, drink 9 or 10 beers then stick the thing on, then go fishin! Good luck.
