And, these hot and cold packs fit perfectly inside one of the pockets of the pillow. They stay cold and hot for a decent amount of time. I keep two in the freezer so I can swap them out when one starts thawing out. And, I keep one out of the freezer to warm up in the microwave which I can swap out with a heating pad.
