Paesano Unfiltered Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Nocellara del Belice and Biancolilla Olives, is an award winner of two "Gold Medal" at the 2006 and 2005 L.A. County Fairs. Certified USDA Organic, this award-winning extra virgin olive oil is unfiltered, which is why it has its very unique green color, spicy taste and herbaceous flavor. The Paesano is also particularly rich in polyphenols, which are known for their antioxidant effects and have been linked to lower risk of cancer, heart disease and some neurological diseases. **Q: Is this the most robust, healthiest olive oil?**
A: This question as posed is impossible to answer as robustness is a personal choice and asking if it is the most open it up to many hundreds of brands of extra virgin olive oil.  Spend the $30 and give it a try, what’s the worst that can happen, not robust enough!

**Q: What is the difference in the two labels for this oil (also the bottles look different)?**
A: Different  label and bottle  but  same  wonderful  extra virgin olive oil...

**Q: I put this in the refrigerator for a week and it never turned solid. Authentic unblended olive oil always turns solid in the fridge. Is this a blend ?**
A: To my knowledge it is not a blend. I have never refrigerated my olive oil. I keep it in the dark cabinet away from any heat source. Never had a problem. I find this to be a highquality oil.
