LOL First to charge it took forever but that aside, I have been trying to get it to run properly now for 2 hours! Keep getting "UUnfortunately Google Play service has stopped" and "unfortunately the process com.google.process.gapps has stopped" messages across screen. Woudlnt these issues have been resolved when you tested it?! Now I'm here googling resolutions on my desk top and trying to trouble shoot it myself. Very disappointed in having to "refurbish" this tablet myself. ### ⭐ Wont stop error pop ups, cant bring up apps *by C***R on Reviewed in the United States on July 14, 2020* Connect to wifi then wont stop error pop ups saying cant connect. Tried multiple wifis and had multiple people look at it ### ⭐ Really not very happy with my purchase. *by C***D on Reviewed in the United States on November 3, 2019* We have had the tablet for 2 day and it won’t let my wife setup her device because it has an error message that says unfortunately google play has stopped. I had really hoped to open it and put it to use. Really not very happy with my purchase. --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.pt/products/88948404-samsung-google-nexus-10-black-32gb-10-55in-android-wifi](https://www.desertcart.pt/products/88948404-samsung-google-nexus-10-black-32gb-10-55in-android-wifi) --- *Product available on Desertcart Portugal* *Store origin: PT* *Last updated: 2026-10-08*
