Featuring patented Wing-Blade technology, it scrapes the bowl thoroughly, pushing ingredients down to the dimple for 50% faster, more efficient mixing. Dishwasher safe and versatile, it doubles as a spatula for easy batter transfer, making it a must-have upgrade for serious home bakers and millennial kitchen pros. ## Description The Original BeaterBlade from New Metro Design is always made in the USA. The Original BeaterBlade replaces the flat beater that comes with most stand mixers. The patented Wing-Blade technology virtually eliminates the need for hand-scraping the bowl and pushes ingredients down to the dimple, in the bottom of the bowl, completely combining all ingredients, 50% faster. To achieve a fluffy, aerated mixture (think creamed butter and sugar), beat at a higher speed. To achieve a smooth, thick mixture (think cheese cake), beat at lower speed. Use the BeaterBlade as a hand-held spatula to transfer every bit of batter into the pan. KA-TH BeaterBlades are compatible with KitchenAid 4.5 - 5 Quart Tilt-Head stand mixers with metal or glass bowls. It does NOT work with the Artisan Mini 3.5 Quart Bowl or the Professional 5-Plus mixer. Do not operate BeaterBlade in an empty mixing bowl. The Original BeaterBlade is always made in the USA, the frame is made from high impact plastic and the flexible plastic blades are free of rubber, silicone and Teflon. Dishwasher safe for convenience and quick clean up! ## Features - BUY THE RIGHT SIZE: If you have a KitchenAid 4.5 - 5 Quart Tilt-Head mixer with a stainless steel or glass bowl, this is the correct BeaterBlade to purchase - KA-TH does NOT work with the Artisan Mini 3.5 Quart Bowl or the Professional 5-Plus mixer - BeaterBlade pushes food down, not out of mixer; scrapes bowl all the way to the dimple and cuts mixing time by 50% - Use BeaterBlade as a hand held spatula to transfer batter; do not use blade in an empty bowl - Always made in the USA from high impact plastic; dishwasher safe ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B0015TMHFG | | Best Sellers Rank | #114,886 in Home & Kitchen ( See Top 100 in Home & Kitchen ) #19 in Stand Mixer Replacement Parts #192 in Mixer Parts & Accessories | | Blade Material | Plastic | | Brand Name | New Metro Design | | Capacity | 4.5 liters | | Color | Grey | | Container Material | Stainless Steel or Glass | | Controls Type | Knob | | Customer Reviews | 4.4 4.4 out of 5 stars (8,511) | | Global Trade Identification Number | 00860128000005 | | Included Components | New Metro KA-TH Original Beater Blade Works | | Item Type Name | New Metro KA-TH Original Beater Blade Works | | Item Weight | 2.24 ounces | | Manufacturer | New Metro Design | | Material | Plastic | | Model Name | New Metro KA-TH Original Beater Blade Works | | Model Number | KA-TH | | Number of Items | 1 | | Part Number | KA-TH | | Special Features | Adjustable Speed Control | | UPC | 720389029699 887652222802 759284351857 860128000005 737989661792 | | Unit Count | 1 Count | | Warranty Description | Warranty | ## Product Details - **Brand:** New Metro Design - **Capacity:** 4.5 liters - **Color:** Grey - **Controls Type:** Knob - **Global Trade Identification Number:** 00860128000005 - **Item Weight:** 2.24 ounces - **Manufacturer:** New Metro Design - **Material:** Plastic - **Model Name:** New Metro KA-TH Original Beater Blade Works - **Special Feature:** Adjustable Speed Control ## Images ![New Metro KA-TH Original Beater Blade Works w/ KitchenAid 4.5 - 5 Qt Tilt-Head Stand Mixers, Grey - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71QygeohHLL.jpg) ![New Metro KA-TH Original Beater Blade Works w/ KitchenAid 4.5 - 5 Qt Tilt-Head Stand Mixers, Grey - Image 2](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/41C8BKaYDUL.jpg) ![New Metro KA-TH Original Beater Blade Works w/ KitchenAid 4.5 - 5 Qt Tilt-Head Stand Mixers, Grey - Image 3](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/51znntqXEnS.jpg) ![New Metro KA-TH Original Beater Blade Works w/ KitchenAid 4.5 - 5 Qt Tilt-Head Stand Mixers, Grey - Image 4](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/41CrHgtsgVS.jpg) ![New Metro KA-TH Original Beater Blade Works w/ KitchenAid 4.5 - 5 Qt Tilt-Head Stand Mixers, Grey - Image 5](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/411Y1+Kt9nS.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Size** options. --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.pt/products/891037-new-metro-ka-th-original-beater-blade-works-w-kitchenaid](https://www.desertcart.pt/products/891037-new-metro-ka-th-original-beater-blade-works-w-kitchenaid) --- *Product available on Desertcart Portugal* *Store origin: PT* *Last updated: 2026-10-27*
