Only need about 20 seconds to open the can. Very efficient and safe. I can use this opener to open cans, beers and use lever to open covers. ### ⭐ It is not safe to open can's it leaves a lot sharp edges. I end up cutting my fingers in more than a few occasions after opening a can and touching it. I have open many can's since i bought it and is the same thing with all of them it is not a safe smooth cut. As i pointed out with the picture, the arrows are showing that is not a smooth cut.I really wanted to hold on with this review because i thought that i probably got a bad one since i seen some good reviews about this can opener and i just wanted to send it back and get a replacement and try that one out but i was never able to send it back, i just didn't have the time in my busy life to do it.
