Directions          SUGGESTED USE: Take 2 capsules daily (or as directed by your GP) with a full glass of water, preferably with a meal. Fortified with vitamin c, dandelion root and cranberry to reduce bad colonies and prevent reinfection risk. Micronised to improve efficacy and colony-binding. I have stage 3 chronic kidney failure and get frequent urinary tract n kidney infections. Since being on these supplements the frequency of such infections has lessened,  so I recommend 👌 (I take 3 a day)
