This soap works very well all around. I use it for my hands as well as my hair and it moisturizes both very well. I have noticed that I do not get dandruff as easily anymore and my hair feels significantly softer after I shower. I would suggest against towel drying your hair if you want to use this product as a shampoo as towel drying strips off the oil in the shampoo. The smell of the product is subtle and simple. It is not overpowering like other shampoos, but it is also not too dull to notice. My only issue with the shampoo is that a little does not go a long way in my case. My hair is what most would describe as thick and voluminous, I have had trouble covering the entirety of my hair with a single pump. This is not a problem if you are intending to use it as a hand soap, one pump is plenty for hands.
