Comfortable, quality is great. And I love the zipper pulls, they are so nice. Plenty of little pockets. And the pockets on the side for a sippy cup or bottle of water are great/ deep enough. Holds plenty of diapers, a blanket, change of clothes for both children, snacks, wipes, etc. I have not yet been able to over stuff this backpack. I have the blue polkadots and it's adorable. I think it would work for a boy or girl if that matters to you. Works well for a trip to the grocery store or out all day. Great way to keep both hands free for the kids. Can't say enough good things. This just worked so well for me.
