I opened the razor, removed the carriage by lightly turning the center lock counter clock wise, removed it, then replaced the 3 blades. Reassembled the carrier and started shaving. I noticed a light vibration while shaving - indicating something wasn't right. I opened the razor and removed the carrier again. I then realized I had one of the 3 cutting blades was upside down. I flipped it over and installed the carrier again. It now shaves perfectly and very smooth, just like it did when it was new!
